Insta-ICDTM FAQ
Q: I've installed Insta-ICD and I get the error "Application Error: "Exception in EInOutError in module InstaICD.exe at 00044188. File access denied."
A: Insta-ICD needs to have read/write access on the directory where it is installed. For exampe, if you accept the default installation directory, you would need to have your adminstrator set up your computer to allow read/write capability on the directory c:\program files\instacode products\insta-icd 200x (where x is the year of the version - i.e. 2005 or 2006).
Find-A-Code FAQ
Q: We purchased a 2005 (or earlier) ChiroCode DeskBook with software in 2005. Although most of the data hasn't changed we would like an updated version of Find-A-Code.
A: When the 2005 ChiroCode CD was created, the wrong contact information was used. Find-A-Code is a product of the ChiroCode DeskBook. To get updates, you need to purchase a new ChiroCode DeskBook through the ChiroCode Institute at www.chirocode.com or call 888-944-9877.
