FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Y2K Compliance Statement
Insta-ICD (version 2.5 and higher)
by InstaCode Institute, LC. is Year 2000 (Y2K) Compliant. This product will function and
operate in accordance with the program specifications and logic in the year 2000 and
beyond. Therefore, end users will experience no interruptions to business and no incorrect
results from the use of Insta-ICD. We do not anticipate any bugs or problems with year
2000 support. In the unlikely event that a problem is discovered, we will deal with it
immediately.
All Insta-ICD date storage and checking uses 16 and/or signed 32 bit numbers. This means
that the current system of date checking will run out by the year 2038, by which time we
will incorporate a new system. Our internal testing procedures have tested Insta-ICD into
the year 2000 and encountered no problems.
Versions earlier than v.2.5 should function properly;
however they have not been, and will not be, thoroughly tested since the information
contained therein is outdated.
Insta-ICD is used in conjunction with other programs and hardware, namely your Windows
operating system and the computer itself.
Our
compliance statement does not apply to your operating system or hardware.
We recommend that you perform your own internal testing to ensure your personal
compliance.
InstaFee$ was designed and
programmed by Berky Information Teknologies, Inc. (BIT) As of January 1, 1999 all
versions of InstaFee$ are Year 2000 Compliant. InstaFee$ stores information in
.DBF type files. Date data is stored with all four year digits. Date calculations as
well as custom functions programmed by BIT will correctly calculate, sort, and manipulate
dates with respect to the full century data. Date data may be entered into the
software with the four digit year and all dates will be displayed with the full century.
