Claim Support
When it comes to reimbursement issues, it is better to be proactive
than reactive. By fully establishing the correctness of the code that you are submitting,
you could minimize your chances for rejection.
Neoplasms are a good example. Some third-party payors reject neoplams
claims too quickly.
Printing the following report only takes a few seconds and could save you the trouble
of a rejected claim. It can be done for any code, not just neoplasms.

This quick and easy report gives your claim the best possible chance of reimbursement
the first time through the system.
First, to speed up the searching process, use the specialized neoplasm query
(Template 2 for Windows users - DOS users refer to your manual).
Second, after you find the correct code, do the following:
- Highlight the code you are using with your mouse.
- Select File then Print. (The option Selection is already made for
you.)
- Click on OK. (Two pages will print.)
- Attach the printouts, as needed, to your claim form as supplementary
supporting information.
Third, if you have other pertinent information you would like to attach to the
claim form, add it to the printout. Even better, if your additional information is
something that will routinely be applicable to that code, create a note (Ctrl+N)
and every time you print that code, the note will print on the second page and you won't
need to redo it every time.
For the minimal amount of time that it takes, it is worth the effort!
You are cordially invited to share your effective notes and tips with others. Send
InstaCode Institute a copy of your note (the second page) and we will
consider adding it to our next version of ICD-9 Software in the double-check popup window.
Rights, Responsibility & Sharing
If the legal-eze of the license agreement seemed unclear, or if you
didnt take the time to read it, here is the simplified version. The single user
version should only be loaded on one machine. Only one person can use it at
one time.
Multiple Users - Networks
As your needs grow from single user to multiple users or computers in your
office, we have the best multi-user agreement around! $168 for 2 simultaneous users
(at the same time) and $69 for each additional user. With our network multi-user
agreement, we dont care how many physical terminals or stations you have. You decide
how many people would be using it at the same time (simultaneously). Purchase only
according to your needs.
Multiple Users - Not Networked
If you have multiple computer stations that arent networked together,
well give you the same price break. Its only $69 for each additional
user.*
How to Share
Raving fans are appreciated. If you are excited about your discovery of

licensed copy. Its not only illegal, its also not nice.*
