Shipping
Most items are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Heavier items are shipped via FedEx Ground. We ship to most places in the United States, including territories and provinces (see International Orders below).
Please review product information on the ordering page before placing an order. If there are any questions on your order, we will contact you for clarification.
Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Express Shipping is available. Please call 877-963-2633 for rates.
Back orders: Items not available at the time of your order will be shipped immediately upon receipt into our warehouse, with no additional Shipping & Handling charge.
International Orders: We do not ship products outside the United States. However, downloadable products may be ordered for any item NOT containing CPT ® codes.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return any unopened products for any reason within 30 days of your purchase for a credit, exchange or a refund. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
Opened packages are generally not returnable. However, if there is a problem actually running InstaCode Institute software programs on your computer, exceptions can be made at the discretion of management.
